Refund policy

Returns
All of our products are guaranteed to be new and should be inspected by the customer immediately upon arrival. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. If it is necessary to return or exchange merchandise, please email us at yallbeauty.shop@gmail.com. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt of the product to qualify for a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"). No returns will be accepted without this number or after 30 calendar days of receipt of the product. All products have to be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing credit or refund. Credit will not be issued for opened, partially consumed, or discarded products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing of the refund. In most instances original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the item received is damaged during shipping or we shipped the wrong item.

Late or Missing Refunds
Prior to contacting us please first check your bank account to be certain you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges
We are happy to replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Applicable to all returns terms.

Return Shipping and Insurance Fees
We can provide a return label for a $13.5 fee, which will be deducted prior to issuing your refund. Some items can qualify for a cheaper return label, please contact us to find out about a specific item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
